Mae Hong Song & Pai 3 Days
Experience the beautiful northern Thailand with a visit to Doi Inthanon mountain, Karen Tribe with the long-necked women and the friendly city of Pai which offers market and lots of charm.
Day 1 (Lunch)
You leave Chiang Mai in the morning and drive to Doi Inthanon, Thailand’s highest mountain. Here you will get to experience a beautiful waterfall and reach the top of Doi Inthanon with breathtaking views of northern Thailand.
Look forward to an easy trek of about hour and a half in the area where you will have ample opportunity to explore the fascinating flora and fauna of the national park.
After lunch we continue the journey westward to the border of Burma, and you visit Mae Hong Son in the afternoon. In the evening visited a local market in Mae Hong Son.
Overnight: Fern Resort
Day 2 (breakfast / lunch)
After breakfast, you take a trip with long-tail boat to visit the Karen hill tribe. This tribe is also known as giraffe women or the long-necked women, tribal women wear the distinctive rings on the neck. This ethnic group is one of the most amazing tribes in Thailand.
Later we will head towards Pai, and along the way you will visit a beautiful cave. After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, we help you find Pai where you can sense backpacker atmosphere. Pai is known as a very relaxed town in the mountains of Northern Thailand, and there is a nice atmosphere in the small town where there are many small markets and restaurants. Many use Pai as a sort of halfway between Chiang Mai and you will find various ethnic groups and nature experiences in Northern Thailand. In the evening we experience the exciting night market in the city.
Overnight: The Quarter Pai
Day 3 (breakfast / lunch)
Begins with sightseeing in Pai, featuring visits to the Grand Canyon Coffee in Love and hot springs. Look forward to experiencing Pais highlights. After lunch transfer back to Chiang Mai.
