Koh Ngai Koh Ngai Island is one of the smallest, but also one of the most beautiful islands south of Koh Lanta. This stunning island is located only 1 hour away from Koh Lanta with slow boat and 30 min with speedboat. There are boats leaving for Koh Ngai everyday. On Koh Ngai you’ll find a couple of resorts such as Koh Ngai Resort, Fantasy Resort and Coco Cottage. From the resorts you can snorkel directly from the beach. 
Koh Rok Koh Rok islands offers, the best snorkeling close to Koh Lanta. Koh Rok is a national park consisting of two tiny islands “Koh Rok Nok” and “Koh Rok Nao”. The islands are situated about 250 meters apart, separated by a crescent-shaped bay and surrounded by both hard and soft coral reefs. The islands are uninhabited with the exception of the national park rangers; as a result the islands are naturally gorgeous. 
Koh Mook A little south of Koh Ngai Island you’ll find the island of Koh Mook. The island is well-known for it’s famous Emerald Cave. You can easy travel to and from Koh Mook with boats leaving everyday from the mainland at Kuan Tung Ku pier and from Koh Lanta at Saladan pier. You can snorkel from the beach and some of the nicest resorts are Koh Mook Charlie Resort and Sivalai Beach Resort. 
Koh Kradan South of Koh Ngai you will also find the beautiful island of Koh Kradan with a gorgeous crystal white beach. Koh Kradan is very famous for underwater weddings, which are hold every year on Valentines day. You can snorkel directly from the beach of Koh Kradan. To visit the island you can join the 4 Island boat trip from Garden Hill Speedboat, which leaves Koh Lanta everyday in the morning from the resorts.
