| Evolution Tour was founded on 13-October 2003 and the idea was to offer quality products with good service, because this didn’t exist on Koh Chang back in 2003.

Our first season was very tough to get through, because first we had to work up a market on the island and when we in the meantime fought to be accepted by the locals we were in very difficult conditions in the season 2003 – 2004.
But by the help of many nice Scandinavian customers we managed to survive the season and simultaneously get a little profit.
At the end of 2004 Evolution Tour worked up many contacts to agents in Bangkok who needed co-operation partners on the island, and this quickly evolved to, that Evolution Tour not just focused on tours on the island, but also transfers to and from Koh Chang plus service to the customers while living on the island.

At the end of 2004 our team consisted of 9 persons instead of the 3 persons we were back in October 2003.
The season 2004 – 2005 were our first real busy period where we felt the terrible accident in south Thailand which made a stream of guests go to Koh Chang instead, which was more than anyone was prepared for, and Koh Chang noticed that there were some things which had to be improved for the season 2005 – 2006 as garbage, traffic, etc.
The season 2005 - 2006 where a great season for Evolution Tour with a lot of satisfied costumers and an exiting opportunity to handle a big cruise ship from a Danish company called C&C Travel. Also more costumers started to book all over Evolution Tour from the transfers to the hotels all over Thailand. We got our second van and a new office with much more space than the old office from 2004 – 2005 season.

In the end of 2006 we open our office on Koh Lanta Island in Krabi province. The idea was to get more knowledge about South Thailand with the famous destinations such as Koh Phuket, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Samui and Krabi (Ao Nang).
In 2007 our team consisted of around 20 persons and our work had changed to focusing on hotel bookings all over Thailand. We can today book everything from transfers, excursions to the accommodation around Thailand and our prices are very good as we work with some of Thailand’s biggest travel companies. This new area is fast growing for Evolution Tour and will be our focus in the coming years.
The winter season 2007 / 2008 was really exciting for Evolution Tour on Koh Lanta Island as we got the opportunity to handle the biggest Scandinavian tour company on the island with 9 tour leaders in our office.
In 2008 / 2009 we own 3 minivans and 2 cars for our transfer services. All vans / cars are brand new and safety is the most important for Evolution Tour.

In 2008 / 2009 our team consisted of around 25 persons and you can watch us more closely under staff. We exerts ourselves 100% to be the best company of the islands, which we try to exert by the best service from our guides and through quality products and sundries tours. Every complain will be taken seriously and will be tried to be solved even if it should give the company losses.

In 2009 / 2010 we opened an office in Ao Nang, Krabi for a short period to get more knowledge about this area as our bookings for this region is growing. This year our focus has been on our 3 own product “island hopping”. At Koh Chang we offer Koh Chang Island Hopping (5 days / 4 nights) and in the south we offer 2 great tours; Koh Lanta Island Hopping (5 days / 4 nights) and Koh Lipe Island Hopping (6 days / 5 nights).

In the summer of 2010 we opened our office in Denmark by the name Asien Travel. Asien Travel will sale quality round trips to Asia to the Danish travelers and our target is within 5 years to offer the biggest range of trips to Asia in Denmark..

Our goal: is to give high service, which today can be proven on Koh Chang and Koh Lanta, where Evolution Tour has a good reputation as a serious company with great service and professional management.
My personal theory is that mistakes can’t be avoided, but it is the way that you correct it which is crucial for the customer’s satisfaction.
The name Evolution comes of the word it self. The evolution we are speaking of is the service we give our customer. Our Motto says it all; we meet as strangers and separates as friends. This is where the evolution is, that through our service the customer is satisfied and that’s why we become friends.
